BOOKING

All appointments are booked online. We do not book appointments over the phone or email. Appointments can be prepaid on the booking portal or in person with cash, credit or debit.

LATE

We understand things happen but please note if you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment than we cannot guartentee we can provide the service. It is important that we stay on schedule to accomodate all our booked clients.

Please note, if you no show your service provider you may be charged 100% of the service and be required to pre-pay for future appointments.

CANCELING

Please cancel your appointment through the Squire Booking App at least 2 hours prior to your appointment. Any appointments cancelled after this time will be charged 100% of the service.

NO SHOWS
